What to expect
Two to three hours for a typical home. You get a plain-English report at the end, not just a pass or fail with no explanation. If anything genuinely dangerous turns up, like exposed live wiring, we’ll flag it immediately rather than waiting until the written report is finished.
What it costs
Fixed price for the inspection itself. Any remedial work identified is quoted separately once you’ve had a chance to read the report. The inspection fee is the same regardless of the property’s condition, so there’s no incentive either way in what we report back to you.
